Kristin McGee is a nationally recognized yoga and Pilates teacher with over three decades of experience in the fitness and wellness space. She has had a continuous roster of high profile celebrities, pioneered the launch of Peloton’s yoga and pilates program, and recently branched out on her own to launch Kristin McGee Movement.

Travel & Logistics
Getting to Chalais is easy and straightforward compared to other rural locations in Europe.
From Paris: Take the high-speed train to Angoulême. The journey takes approximately 2 hours and costs around 90 euros.
From Angoulême: Getting to Chalais from Angoulême is a 50 minute train ride. We can support you with pick-up service from Chalais during available time slots.
Alternatively, if you prefer to explore, you can spend some time in Bordeaux. There is a direct train from Bordeaux to Chalais; reach out to us for more details.
